Using 999vd Terms and Conditions — In Plain English

1. Introduction & Acceptance

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

8. Account Suspension & Closure

999vd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Identification as an underage user
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

Requests for a fair balance refund on a suspended account can be submitted through the support team. 999vd will review the case and make a decision after proper investigation.
